Wedding: Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book a session?

It's recommended to book your session at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For peak seasons or specific dates, earlier bookings are advisable.

Feel free to contact me and I'll help you out as soon as I can.

Do you have experience shooting weddings at our chosen venue?

I have experience shooting weddings at various venues across Charleston and beyond. If I haven't worked at your specific venue before, I conduct thorough preparation, scouting, and familiarization to ensure a seamless shoot.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. I request at least a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to accommodate other clients.

Please refer to the contract for specific policy details.

How do you handle family portraits and group shots during the wedding day?

I prioritize family portraits and group shots by efficiently organizing and coordinating these sessions. Clear communication beforehand helps in identifying key individuals and ensuring everyone is included.

Can we provide a shot list or specific moments we want captured during the wedding?

Absolutely! Your input is crucial in capturing the moments that matter most to you. Providing a shot list or highlighting specific moments you want captured helps me tailor my coverage to your preferences and expectations.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

In case of inclement weather, we can reschedule the session to ensure optimal conditions for capturing your moments. Your comfort and the quality of the photos are top priorities.

Do you provide digital copies or prints?

I offer both options. Clients receive high-resolution digital copies of edited images. Additionally, I can arrange for professional-quality prints or albums upon request.
